VGB-4A-LD is a heavy-duty stainless steel glove box equipped with airlock chamber, gauges, and vacuum flanges, which allows the glove box to vacuum the chamber to remove moisture and oxygen without expensive inert gas purging, It is an ideal tool for material and chemical researchers to process air sensitive materials and solutions.

Vacuum Gauge and Valves	One vacuum gauge is installed in the airlock chamber. 1 set of 1/2' barbed needle valve and 1 KF-25 Vacuum port built-in airlock chamber. 1 KF40 port and 2 1/2' barbed needle valves are built on the chamber side of the glove box. 2 sets KF25 ports are built on the back of the glove box chamber. 3 sets KF40 ports are built on the back of the glove box chamber for connecting to the gas purification system.

Application Notes	By closing the vacuum flange, the glove box can be vacuumed by a mechanical pump up to 0.5 Torrs before filling inert gas, (moisture can be below 180 ppm and oxygen below 200 ppm). Then you can save at least 1-2 tanks of inert gas from purging at each operation.
