At Xuman-YifengLab, we value every customer and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, we offer free returns of saleable products within 30 days.

 

Return Guidelines

 

Labware: Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in original, saleable condition.

 

Equipment: Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt only if the package is unopened. A restocking fee applies once the equipment has been shipped:

 

Small equipment: Minimum 10% restocking fee

 

Large equipment (>70 lb): 40% restocking fee

 

Catalysts: Non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

Custom Products: Non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

Bulk Purchases: Final sale. No returns accepted.

 

 

 

Return Shipping Fees

 

Return shipping is free for eligible products. For non-eligible or special items (e.g. customized, bulk, or non-returnable categories), shipping and restocking fees may apply.

 

Xuman-YifengLab reserves the right to determine the condition and salability of returned items. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit.

 

 

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving and verifying the returned item. Refunds usually appear in your account within 7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment method.

At Xuman-YifengLab, we understand that sometimes plans change. Below is our cancellation policy:

 

Canceling Orders (Before shipment)

 

Cancel Within 6 Hours

 

All orders canceled within 6 hours of purchase will be eligible for a full refund.

 

Cancel After 6 Hours

 

If more than 6 hour has passed, please contact us at support@xuman-yifenglab.com to request a cancellation.

 

Exchanging Orders (Before shipment)

 

All orders within 24 hours of purchase will be eligible for a free exchange.
