•Orders are processed within 1–2 business days

•Business days: Monday to Friday (UTC+8, China Standard Time)

•Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays

Orders USD 499 and above: Free worldwide shipping

🧾 Customs, Duties & Taxes (DDU Terms)

All shipments are dispatched from China.

FrankLab operates under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms.

•All items are packed in cartons with internal foam protection

•Fragile or large equipment will be crated or specially secured

📉 Damage & Claims Policy

Before Acceptance

If the package is visibly damaged:

•Refuse delivery

•Ask the carrier to record the damage

•Take photos and contact us immediately

We will arrange replacement or refund after verification.


After Acceptance

If internal damage is found:

•Contact us within 2 days of delivery

•Provide photos of:

Outer packaging

Inner packaging

Damaged items

Please retain all packaging for carrier inspection.
